Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Large Orders: For bulk or large-volume orders, we may use a courier service to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide using Australia Post International or a suitable international courier for large orders.
  • Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7–21 business days.
  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.

Return Window

  • You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Returns

  • Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Incorrect Items: If we shipped the wrong item, return shipping is free of charge, and we’ll correct the error promptly.
  • Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you may do so within the 14-day window. In this case, return shipping is at your expense. 

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. 
  • Where a refund has been approved, a transaction fees of 1.9% plus $0.30 will be deducted from your refund.
